In January of 2019 TMS was founded to continue the growth of the existing product Talent Manager. TMS combines a start-up mentality with existing customers and healthy ambitions. 

With our successful product Talent Manager we help organizations to automate their appraisal style. With continuous and 360 degree feedback, we allow organizations to focus on developing the talent present in their organization. While the majority of our customers reside in the Netherlands, we’ve already welcomed our initial international customers.

We are looking to add a smart, motivated Growth Marketeer/Hacker to our team. 

What will you be doing?

• You are responsible for the entire “online presence” of the organization;
• You find, seduce, and guide prospects from the moment they first find us online, until they become customers;
• You manage the website with an optimal SEO structure;
• You create campaigns, do A-B testing and visualize the effectiveness of different online channels;
• You create and manage the content calendar and chase your colleagues for good content;
• You manage the social channels, newsletters and SEA budget;
• You are a digital native;
• You interact with customers and give online product demonstrations;
• You create tutorials in the form of short videos.

What do we expect from you?

• You have experience as a Growth Marketer / Inside Sales and you are eager to learn;
• You have experience in the HR (tech) industry or have affinity with it;
• You have an open and communicative character and you enjoy a bit of sales in your work;
• You have at least completed higher education are willing to devote yourself to our product;
• You work well independently and help the organization create optimal online marketing strategy;
• You are proactive and involve yourself with the rest of the organization.

We are looking for an communicative, inquisitive Customer Success Manager to join our team.

What will you be doing?

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and you answer technical and HR related questions;
• You onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation of Talent Manager;
• Together with management and developers you determine the roadmap of Talent Manager;
• You work closely with development and help to prioritize work;
• You go with sales to close deals and you provide input to the online marketing activities;
• You provide online demos so our prospects can experience the added value of Talent Manager.

What do we expect from you?

• You have experience in the HR (tech) industry or have strong affinity with it;
• You have an open and communicative character;
• You have at least completed higher education are willing to devote yourself to our product;
• You have experience with customer contact and you are only satisfied if the customer is;
• You can work well independently, and can handle being “thrown in at the deep end”;
• You are proactive and involve yourself with the rest of the organization;
• You are “digital-first” and navigate smoothly through Office and other applications.

At this point in time we are working on a complete rebuild of our existing application. For this challenge we are looking for a motivated, critical and constructive Front-end developer.

What will you be doing?

You will be working together with our Lead Developer on the rebuild of the application. Your primary responsibility will be the implementation of the front-end. You work closely with the management (Product Owner), Customer Success Management and an external design agency to implement the desired User experience in the front-end.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a medior or senior Front-ender with an affinity for graphic design and a higher education. To help develop our product, it would be nice if you have experience with/are proficient at:

• HTML5 and CSS3;
• Javascript (ECMAScript standards);
• Javascript frameworks: JQuery, Angular, ReactJS or VueJS;
• Version control systems: GIT or SVN;
• Responsive front-end frameworks: Bootstrap or Semantic UI;
• CSS extensions: SASS or LESS;
• Experience in object oriented programming is a plus
• Experience using Twig is a plus as well

Aside from the technical skills, it would be nice if you have experience in the HR (tech) branch. An open and communicative nature is important and you don’t mind involving yourself with the organization outside of your primary duties. You can work independently and are willing to dive into our product.

Within Talent Manager, employees receive feedback on their talent profile. In this way a complete picture of the talents present within the organization is created.

By default Talent Manager is equipped with a validated competence model. Talent Manager also offers the possibility to use a complete organization-specific model. Of course a combination of both can be used. Both types of model can be managed,  maintained and adjusted by the organization itself.

Talent Manager has rich analysis functionalities. Employees can prepare their own 360 degree feedback report. Managers can use the evaluation dashboard to analyze their team on, for example:

• overall growth;
• spread of competences;
• average performance and
• development goals of employees.

In Talent Manager employees have a personal dashboard. This dashboard offers a clear overview of all steps in an individuals development cycle. This development cycle is linked to the HR feedback cycle set up by the organization. Employees can create self-evaluations, request 360 degree feedback and analyze the results. In addition, they can formulate and track their own development goals. Together this gives  the employee complete control over his or her personal development.

Managers have their own dashboard in Talent Manager. All information from their team is visible here: past feedback, agreements made in the field of personal developments can be viewed as well as personal notes. In summary, the manager has all the information about their team in one place and can focus on the conversation with his employees.
